This Dr. Hurt me very badly. I was bleeding and had severe hematoma and my one vaginal lip was practically severed. Took me forever to heal. Then I read about the charges against him. He should not be able to touch any women of any age. He should have went to jail. I just tried to call his office yo get my medical records and he hung up on me. So I called right back and a lady answered and asked who I was. When I said one of his patient's patient's patient's she hung up on me. There must be a way to get my test results from this office.

-Cleanliness could be better -Extremely long wait times -Exam rooms are small and the doors open where everyone can see you -There’s really no control of urine or blood samples. You put your urine in a box with other people samples. They have pens to write your name on the cup but everyone touches those pens. Bring your own. No labels. No confirmation of name, birth date etc for urine samples. Blood work is the same . No labels or positive control I had myomectomy surgery. The doctor did not come introduce himself to me that day, nor did he come to see me after the surgery was done. No one told me how the surgery went, how many fibroids were removed or anything. The next day after surgery one of the PAs came to see me and I had to ask questions because no one gave me any information. It’s just not what I expected. I’ve been to far more professional and clean doctor offices. The only reason I did not switch offices is because I had been seen by this office numerous times, he already knew my diagnosis and I did not want to start completely over with a new doctor. Try to find somewhere else if possible. If this is the only place your insurance will pay for then keep expectations low.

Hello Everyone my name is Krista, I’m a mom and a biochemist, I would like to share my experiences with Dr. Kumar’s office. I found Poplar Ave Women’s Health about 4 years ago now. First of all, this man makes healthcare very accessible and convenient. There’s a lab right there, he accepts walk-in’s (which is unheard of but so convenient for moms and the working public). Dr.Kumar’s work ethic is phenomenal, he is a humanitarian with an impressive amount of humility. He’s not responsible for every little thing that goes on in the office, but I know his main nurses (nurse Ibrahim particularly) are also amazing. He’s helping so many in need, taking insurance others refuse and dealing with this type of stuff arising from it. He is helping new students who many don’t want to accept. He also saved me from having surgeries I thought I needed after pregnancy and advised it was best to wait. He was right, it resolved on its own. This isn’t a doctor who needs to “do unnecessary surgery” for income. I am going to find the photos I took of my son at his office. I’m super meticulous and OCD, the office was always clean and multiple staff cleaning rooms directly after all patients. Not sure if that photo showing on here was staged or someone dropped the ball, but definitely not a usual occurrence or something that would be allowed to continue in this office. I always saw the staff on top of cleaning. I’m not sure who’s after Dr. Kumar but I’m not surprised in this day in time. He is extremely rare and out of the ordinary, doing what so many other offices refuse to get with the program on! I am here for you and can vouch for the exceptional service I have received. Sorry you are going through any persecution. I just got word of this today when I was trying to make an appointment.

This doctor hurt me I'm going through a lot can't sleep cause I b in pain b having hot flashes still taking pain medicine for my pain I hate we gotta go through this ruff hard time getting well I can't do tha thing I used do it's so hard to keep focus 😭😔 all I can do is pray to God for my healing we all going through it that he hurt we need justice 😭 Amen keep watching over us who he really hurt 🤕😟🙌

I went to this place back in June 2022 it was the most uncomfortable place I had ever visited. I didn’t return because of how my spirit felt at the time and that I was very suspicious of the paperwork I had to fill out for while waiting to be seen for the first time. It was as if regardless of my situation and no matter what procedure I wanted done the doctor was going to do what he wanted to do anyway and although I went in for a prolapse cervix o felt he was going to purposely give me a hysterectomy. I felt uncomfortable with the whole or staff and they kept scheduling me for unnecessary follow up appointments. Any questions I had they made a follow up appointment. I went back and they performed another exam saying the first exam the doctor did was no good because he had used to much gel the first time so the reading was clear. I even had my virgin 30 year old daughter who didn’t have an appointment get a regular exam and she was very uncomfortable because of the way his assistant just shoved the spectacle up her vagina causing her to bleed and hurt for days. They were a nice nasty atmosphere they you’d miss if you didn’t walk in the spirit realm you would definitely be fooled. So glad I never went back I went to Dr DeSouza in Bartlett and she was very professional and saved my cervix for further prolapsing. I even contacted another person back then who had made a review of this place and she left saying the place felt off. It felt like I was a piece of cattle waiting in a chop shop. They didn’t have a care in the world about the human experience. I asked a question because I was referred their because I was told he was a SPECIALIST and did surgeries only but I asked about my virgin daughter who had never had a regular. The next thing I know is the stsfff busted in the room rushing to do her exam when I I wanted to do was inquire about a regular exam. I must say I’m glad I stayed in the exam from with her and she stayed with me the entire time. I HOPE THEY ALL GET THEIR JUST DUE! Thanks HOLY SPIRIT FOR HELPING ME FOLLOW MY SPIRIT.
