The salon itself is stunning. They offer hair, skin, nail and massage services, and also have a cafe. I am not an extremely health conscious person, but the healthy options they have at the salon genuinely made me consider going vegan. You can tell that the team has put SO much thought into the design, vision and mission of this salon. They are certainly setting the bar VERY high.
Tiche has completely transformed my hair. I have been a client of hers for 10+ years and despite moving out of state, will continue to travel to see her. She has completely restored my hair and taught me how to care for and appreciate my curls. She always recommends the best products for your hair type and the results speak for themselves.
We used the Pleij Salon for wedding hair and makeup. Not only was the hair and makeup incredibly beautiful for the 10 members of the wedding party, but the customer service was exceptional and truly exceeded our highest expectations. Trying to make appointments for 10 women needing hair and makeup on the same day is no small feat, but Pleij handled it flawlessly.
Pleij is my new found place of happiness. Jacquie does an AMAZING job with my hair-both color and cut. She even spent extra time at my last appointment to style my hair for a black tie event-lots of compliments that night!
Gorgeous salon and very friendly atmosphere. I had my hair cut and styled with Cara and she was great. I told her what I had in mind and she helped me decide on length and cut based on what would look best for my face structure. Very knowledgeable! I finally found my permanent stylist!
This place is amazing! It is beautiful and really well thought out. Tiche thought of every detail to ensure every person feels comfortable and relaxed. She incorporates innovative equipment, products, and techniques to all the services offered. Alayna was a delight as she scheduled me over the phone and she made me feel extremely welcomed the day I went to the salon. I plan to go back often!

Cara did my makeup and my bridal partys makeup for my wedding. She is truly amazing. She took her time with each one of us to make sure we looked flawless. Adrian also helped in calming my nerves. She is truly an expert and also one of the sweetest humans you will ever meet! I have never felt so beautiful in my entire life and my makeup lasted all night.
I got my eye brows done by Cara and they were amazing! It did not hurt and I did not even get red like I normally do. I also had damaged hair from coloring it so much so I decided to get these products of shampoo, conditioner, and a scalp scrub that really helps with dry scalp. All the products are vegan and cruelty free. I have noticed a huge difference in my hair and it has been wonderful! This salon has been amazing to me!
I dont typically leave reviews. My wife recommended that I check out Pleij after her great experience. Id have to agree. The place is beautiful and gives you the feeling of being in a 5-star resort spa. You can tell a lot of thought went into design. Tiche spent time to understand my history and what I was looking for in color and cut. Im very pleased with the result and more importantly, my wife loves it too. I will definitely be looking into the other services they offer.
The shop was very beautiful and comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere. Jacquie did a wonderful job and I am very pleased with the outcome. I have gotten nothing but positive comments. What a wonderful experience. So pleased!!!
This is my 1st ever review on yelp but I just could not hold this back. It is clear that Pleij Salon has the urban, elegance of a top notch Salon and was created out of a love of making people better than when they came in. Every detail has been set in motion to improve ones life, whether you choose the spa, nails, hair or just stop in for a healthy snack. Pleij not only offers the highest quality services, the people are what make it stand above anything else in Columbus.
