Working with Laura has been one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Over the past several months she has helped me change my eating habits in a way that has been so easy but so beneficial. She is extremely encouraging and holds me accountable while reminding me at every meeting that food should be fun and enjoyable! I would recommend Laura to anyone who wants a lifestyle change, has a health goal, or just wants to learn more about how to improve their nutrition. She’s awesome!
Laura is a super helpful and knowledgeable nutritionist! She creates a comfortable space to make me feel like I can ask any question about nutrition. She helps me focus on celebrating my small accomplishments through slow progress, and to enjoy food, not to deprive myself of it. I was definitely nervous to go to a nutritionist at first but Laura does a great job of working with my lifestyle to make healthy eating habits seems manageable.
My experience with Pivot Nutrition has been awesome and I and highly recommend utilizing Laura for any fitness and health goals you might have. I’ve been working with Laura for about a year and have increased my training performance and overall health. She has pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and try some new foods. Laura has been the extra resource and accountability partner | have needed to get to the next level.
I feel like I learned something new each time we connected and was able to learn so much more about my nutritional needs than I expected! Her knowledge, advice and experience has helped me to create a better, more solid nutritional foundation. I have been able to create new habits for myself that have changed my health overall and I look forward to continuing with the changes. The attentiveness Laura showed me to help personalize my meal plan, snacking options, and lifestyle changes has made such a difference in my life. My sleep has improved, I am drinking more water, and through her education and encouragement I am more aware of the foods I am fueling my body with and overall enjoying the experience of food!
