Pinup Skin Spa is the only spa I will ever use. The girls there are sweet, incredibly knowledgeable and talented. . The atmosphere is calming. Tabatha, the owner, is always researching the newest technology and adding the best of the best machines for her clients. I highly recommend Pinup Skin Spa for all of your face and body treatments and products.
This sister-owned operation is so good! The women are kind, funny, and talented. I've had a spray tan, halo, blb, a couple of facials, and a couple of other treatments - pricing is fair, and work is excellent.
Victoria was the most down to earth person from the minute I called asking about spray tans and lash lifts. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel invited. I’m not a Franklin local but I can see why this is a salon that is worth the drive. I can’t wait to schedule my services with them and I’m sure I’ll be a repeat customer like every one else leaving amazing reviews. :)

I had heard so many positive things about this place before actually going and I am so glad I did! I walked in yesterday for my Hydrafacial, thinking I was a little unsure to spend the amount of money on my face. I’ve had trouble the past few months with breakouts. At 28 you would think this wouldn’t happen but it does. Tabatha assured me I would see results by the time the treatment was over. Today I went out with no make-up on because my skin looks and feels amazing!
Every single one of the ladies at Pinup are top notch in their field! The atmosphere is so fun and vibrant. You truly do walk away from there better than you arrived, in more ways than the one you were scheduled for! 🖤
