Such a wonderful experience! I have tried diets and weight loss clinics before and never had success. After starting with BlueSky I am down 25lbs and have lost 3 dress sizes! I am so very thankful for Blue Sky and all they have done to help me get on the right track on my journey back to good health. Everyone there is incredibly kind, caring, and positive! From the start they let me know that they would be there for me every step of the way, and they have been. I love the fact that everything is tailored to my individual health and nutrition needs based on testing of my hormone levels and metabolism. I have struggled with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome along with other health issues for many years. The pain and fatigue I was experiencing led to a more sedentary life and weight gain. After nine weeks with Blue Sky’s HRT and nutrition counseling I am seeing positive differences in my health. I have started losing weight, but more importantly the level of pain and fatigue has decreased dramatically. I am able to function better on a daily basis and am better able to incorporate exercise into my life once again.
