“I have been dealing with back pain for the past 12 years. I’ve tried everything from stretching, yoga, and chiropractors. I came to accept I will always have back pain that limits my physical capabilities and fitness. That’s until I met Dr. Falconi! I was skeptical at first due to my lack of progress over the years. I started seeing Dr. Falconi approximately 3 months ago and it was the best decision I’ve made! Through her knowledge and expertise she was able to identify muscle imbalances that were the contributing factor to my lower back pain. We started every session with dry needling, cupping, and stretching. She then prescribed pre exercise routine to activate my glutes and hamstrings before every training session. Furthermore, she provided training sessions with a list of isolated strength exercises that target the muscle imbalances she identified. I continued to see her once a week for a month and then every other week. With every week that went by I had drastic improvements and decreased lower back pain. I recently was able to PR my back squat because I have had zero to very minimal back discomfort. “Dr. Falconi is thorough in diagnosing, treating, and preventing future injuries. I have a history of muscle spasms in my neck that have left me unable to walk. Prior treatment has included chiropractic care, muscle relaxers, and pain killers. When the issue popped up again recently, Dr. Falconi was quick to get me into her schedule, performed a diagnostic ultrasound at the first visit, and used several holistic techniques to treat the issue, including dry needling, cupping, massage, and osteopathic manual manipulation, in addition to prescribing at home exercises to strengthen the affected muscles. Where other physicians have focused solely on reactive treatment and prescribing medication, Dr. Falconi was focused on healing AND prevention. After only three visits, the affected area was pain free with a full range of motion. I am confident that the at home exercises were key in my recovery and I can still feel my body getting stronger almost 2 months I couldn't be happier with the results.”
