An incredible place to do business with. They care about people. Worked with me through and around my financial circumstances and the restraints of my insurance to get me started on a plan that would help me. I have struggled for many years with back pain from alot of abuse on my body during my years of military service. The balanced approach they take here is designed to meet your immediate pain needs, address the root cause/causes of the problem, and build up your strength and posture to help in the future. Very unique and beneficial approach. I would highly recommend.

So far everything has been going great. They offer a variety of thing. I see the chiropractor, I'm do physical therapy and get injections at this location. Everyone is very nice and seems genuine. Other places I have been to I felt more like a transaction but this place makes me feel like they want to get to the root of the problem instead of just throw procedure after procedure at you.

This clinic is a five star clinic. I was in Nebraska from out of town dealing with extremely stressful times and in that process my back went completely out.I couldn't walk without severe lower back pain. I went to the Bellevue Medical Center ER and the PA there recommended this clinic. Justin was the first person I spoke with. He was the one who got me in the door! Wonderful to talk to, reassured me and was so compassionate and caring. Right away, Dr. Kurt took me back and immediately assessed me. He worked on me to provide immediate relief so I could actually sleep that night. And he did. I actually cried from the relief he provided that first evening. I proceeded to go to the clinic each day for the next seven days. Each morning I saw Dr. Hanson who gently and very professionally worked on my back to gradually get me to a point to where I could make the trip to drive back to Oregon. I also saw the NP Stacey who gave me trigger anti inflammatory injections. The other staff were all so nice and welcoming each day I arrived. To sum my experience up, I can only state that everyone I came in contact with in the urgent care and pain & injury clinic were professional, welcoming, compassionate, supportive, knowledgable, caring, down to earth good people. There is NO way I could have had the successful outcome that I had without this team. Highly recommend. You will receive high quality, amazing care here. Thank you all again!

Extremely nice to be in constant pain and Pain West advised from day 1 that they were committed to alleviating my pain. Committed they were and a couple months later my pain went from a 9 to barely noticeable. I can not say enough about McKenzie as she is the backbone of the facility. I have never met nicer owners as they are great doctors on their own and always welcome everyone with a smile!
