Absolutely love this location! Not only is the staff friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming the entire energy and ambience of this place is so soothing. Good Vibes all around. Lauren gave me a variety of methods to use in my weight loss journey & helped me find what’s works best for me. The pounds keep dropping and I am feeling healthier than I have in years!
