{ Have been very satisfied since I started going to Mt West. The personnel there are awesome, they treat you as if I’m the only patient there. Very good service overall. { Going to the doctor is hardly ever a good time however these people make you feel better no matter what the issue is. Whether it’s is qoth medication , shot, or their charming and caring disposition I always leave with a feeling I will be fine. Starting with the greeting people receive to the care they are given here I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
{ Rosemary and Marlene were awesome today. Mrs Payne it’s been my PA for over 4 years now and I don’t have 1 single complaint. Sometimes wait it’s a little longer, but it’s doesn’t bother me to wait. Front staff it’s always nice and know what they’re doing.
{ I have been coming here 5 years on average of every 3 months due to several serious health conditions and I have had nothing but great interactions with all the staff and doctor. They are very friendly and very professional. They have actually helped me with issues with my insurance company in sorting out what is covered and not covered. Yes there has been times when they are a little backed up and you wait awhile but don’t tell me that there is a magic doctor office that everyone gets in on time all the time. I have 7 doctors and they all have time issues and much worse than here. I ask you try it yourself and make your own decision.
{ I’ve used different clinics in El Paso, but Mt. West on Dean Martin has truly been the best. They helped me get into a program, since I don’t t have insurance, to help me pay. The staff is great and helpful. Dr. Ramos is attentive and caring and helps make you feel better. They also have a program to help you lose weight which I’ve been on and have successfully lost over 20 pounds. Mrs. Medina walks you through and motivates you to have success. I highly recommend this Health Center to anyone that needs medical attention.
