Went to see Dr. Arne for help with my nutrition, allergies and weight control. I tried the red light therapy which was great for breaking up fat cells so you can lose weight. I did the food and medication testing with him also so that I learned which foods to not eat that will help my allergies calm down and also loose so weight. I go make your appointment to see him!

I went to Minnetonka Weight Loss and had the Nutrition and the Food Sensitivity testing done. I’ve spent so many years trying different supplements and diets for my health whether it be for longevity or dealing with burnout and fatigue. After getting the results of my tests, they equipped me with the specific information and protocol to actually make a difference in my health. They make it easy to follow and understand. There was never a moment I felt overwhelmed. After only 2 weeks I am already seeing a difference. My energy is up and I’m finally feeling like myself again. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend!

The staff are highly knowledgeable and supportive. The nutrition and food sensitivity testing was extremely helpful in finding supplements and foods that work well with my overall body chemistry. The weight loss program not only helped me lose weight and inches, it helped me develop lifestyle changes in my diet which boosts my energy, reduces bloating and generally feel overall healthier. The other services they offer including red light therapy, body sculpting and detoxification are also great! Highly recommend.

Excellent consultation reviewing which supplements work for my body and which are actually causing more harm than good. Also did an extensive food sensitivity test and found I have sensitivity to dairy and seafood- which I never realized. Dr Arne is really great to work with and provides so much knowledge.
