Emily and the staff at Vitality are the BEST! I immediately noticed how welcoming the front desk staff was and how gorgeous the waiting area was designed and decorated. Emily is extremely knowledgeable and took time to educate me on every product and procedure that would personally benefit me. We discussed all my options and she helped me choose the right care plan that would give me the best results. My results exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back for more services. 10/10 Highly recommend!

I just moved to Charlotte a couple of months ago so when I found vitality, I was super excited to try their services, and I was equally happy with my results! Jessica was AMAZING! I’ve been going to this med spa for a while now, and I can’t recommend it enough! Emily is my injector and she always does a fantastic job. She’s super friendly, makes me feel comfortable, and always takes the time to explain everything. She also helps me maximize my points and rewards, and somehow I always seem to book at the perfect time because they have amazing specials running. The entire staff is so kind and welcoming, and the experience is always seamless. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that delivers great results and makes you feel taken care of every step of the way!
