I recently had a Halo treatment at Midtowne, and I can’t express enough how incredible my experience was! From the moment I walked in, the wonderful ladies at the front desk greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel welcomed and comfortable. Their kindness and willingness to assist with any questions was wonderful. I am absolutely thrilled with the results my skin looks amazing! Tiffany was a joy to work with; She patiently explained the procedure and what I could expect during the healing process. Her attention to detail and personalized approach truly set her apart. And a special shoutout to Jackie! She’s always so awesome, her knowledge and ability to listen attentively really help when it comes to making recommendations. You guys have created an incredible dream team! My skin feels smoother, looks brighter, and I have this youthful glow that makes me feel like I could conquer the world (or at least the grocery store😂)I can’t wait to continue seeing results as my skin heals. For the last few years I have been seeing Jackie. What I have found is her knowledge and experience are priceless, and the environment she creates is unmatched. She takes the time to get to know you and really educates you on what is going on with you. Whether it is wellness or aesthetics related, she leaves no question unanswered. The ambiance is soothing and relaxing on top of beautiful aesthetics which only complement to the overall pleasant experience. My favorite portion of my visits are with Ms. Brianna. Her soothing, non-threatening approach and demeanor makes me feel so at ease. I was hesitant to the procedures and process and am very pleased and satisfied at how comfortable she makes the visits and answers all of my questions. I greatly appreciate her bedside manner. She is a jewel of a provider! Book with her for an outstanding visit! I guarantee you won’t regret it!

I’ve been using Midtown for a few years now …. The new Mansfield location is very pretty and easy to get to | Came for an amazing Skin resurfacing laser | I trust everyone with their knowledge and expertise!

The place is clean and pleasant to be at, but the best thing is the service they provide, the customer service is top-notch, very knowledgeable and they do take their time to explain every aspect of the procedure you want to get done/they recommend, Bri is amazing btw, thank you for everything 🙌🏼

The staff & practitioner are excellent! The practitioner has a genuine care & concern for each person. They are extremely polite, courteous & caring. They are both knowledgeable, & professional, while providing very thorough care of each person. The atmosphere is calm & peaceful, inviting. I am pleasantly surprised by each member. I am in better health now because I go to Midtowne Wellness!
