I’m turning 50 this year and what used to work was not working anymore. I was able to get control back by doing the metabolic testing needed to figure out my resting burn. You won’t regret getting your tests done and if you need more help with diet and working out there are packages for that too!!! Get control of your fitness goals…this couple is like no other.
