I'm diabetic and hypothyroid and I was finally able to lose weight following Dr Kenny's nutritional recommendations. I told them that the only thing I could do for exercise was walk a few times a week and he was perfectly okay with that. I have reached my weight loss goal and today was my last visit and doc gave me a maintenance plan to follow and if I need to tweak it at any time he told me I could always come back in and chat with him. I highly recommend doc and his team.

Everyone here is amazing!! We have gone over nutrition, workouts and what would work best for me. I’ve been here on and off for over 10 years (having 3 kids in between and breastfeeding)! Highly recommended!! The atmosphere is warm, inviting and friendly.
