Dr. Uma is absolutely amazing. She is extremely patient and took the time to explain everything regarding my weight loss journey thoroughly. She walked me through all the available medication options, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed about my treatment plan.

Poor customer service. Scheduled a consult appointment for 430, arrived a few minutes early, and when I walked in there was no one in reception. Figured she was with someone, no big deal. She finished up, came out about 445 and had me fill out paperwork while then going back with another client. Meanwhile 3 more clients walk in and we sit there until she comes out again at 530. Now she tells me that she's going to address these other 3 people real quick first and then we'll do my appointment. I let her know that my appointment was already an hour past and she tells me "today is your day to be human" and proceeds with someone else. Unfortunate interaction, hopefully they don't run business this way all the time.
