Brenda was a great consultant. The program is easy to follow, the food was sold at a fair price and the options were plentiful. I lost 30 lbs and did it w relative ease. If you are looking to lose weight are dedicated to following a plan but not be hungry give it a try.

However, I want to emphasize the power of having weekly measurements taken, I've dropped 5 inches in my waist and have been able to maintain it. Another point to consider is that many criticize keto plans and the impact on lab numbers. I had labs drawn in 2020 and then again September 2023. My total cholesterol dropped from 227 to 133, HDL raised from 42 to 44, LDL dropped from 121 to 68. My hemoglobin A1C is in a normal range. My doctor was very pleased with the results.
