I am amazed with my success from this program which has taught me sustainable improved habits including maintenance after weight loss. Having just returned from 2 weeks vacation during Maintenance, while enjoying everyday, I returned 2 pounds lighter, losing a total of 22 lbs. I lost a pound a day roughly for almost 4 weeks then leveled off after dropping fromv 211 pounds to 180. After finishing program I am eating healthy food and have not gained any weight back.i think my metabolism was reset and I'm no longer addicted to highly processed high carb foods. I started the Reno Weight Loss (RWL) program in early June 2025, and by the end of August I was down 30 pounds (not including the 6 pounds gained in the loading phase). I couldn’t be happier with the product, my results, and the encouragement and counseling I received along the way.

The diet is hard work—I think of it as a “boot camp”—but the drops make it manageable and the results come quickly.
