Jason Hodges was highly recommended to me but I had reservations due to the pain and instability of my spine. After the first day of him assessing my problems I have had unbelievable improvement and strength without medication. I am able to resume the activities I thought were gone forever. He understands the body, movement and wellness.
Jason Hodge the owner is the personal trainer that worked with me. Not only does he listen he is so knowledgeable of the logical and idiosyncratic bio mechanics In the human body that his subtle modifications of sometimes simple movements addressed my concerns completely. He has done the same for others I’ve recommended to him.
I have had the best experience at Medical Fitness Pros. Mindy Primm is a caring and experienced movement specialist. She helped me in the beginning of my journey to fitness and I will always be grateful for her help during that time in my life.
Medical Fitness Pros and Mindy are outstanding! She has really helped me regain my strength and flexibility and reduced my pain, along with teaching me techniques I can do at home. Plus Mindy is very funny! Great experience, highly recommend!!
One of my neighbors had the same long term pain in the same area as I did (my shoulder) and a month later I asked him how it was, he said it was 100%. I asked him to set me up with who ever he went to. That was Jason from Medical Fitness Pros. I had my free consultation with Jason and he had me do some very simple stretches. He said I'd like to see a major improvement before you leave today. I did leave that day feeling over a 50% improvement. I wanted to see where it went and I purchased a month worth of sessions. The few days before my 2nd session, that I NO LONGER HAVE THE PAIN IN MY SHOLDER!!!!!. I still have another session to go and I am looking forward to what else he has in store for me in terms of simply stretching for better health.
If you have chronic pain, let Jason Hodge’s staff help to show you the path to recovery! I walked into MFP with sciatic nerve pain and in just one evaluation session I walked out of there with complete relief. It isn’t a one-time fix but Jason has provided insight on how and why I have suffered and best of all, how to relieve the pain. Thanks Jason!!
Great place to recuperate from back or spine injuries. Very knowledgeable staff. 5 stars! Shout out to Jason and Emani! I am now pain free and looking forward to building strength.
I love coming to this gym. I started 1.5 years ago with little ability to walk a few miles and wanting to pick up my kids without issue. Thanks to Eddie’s (trainer) guidance and training I can now easily pick up my kids and have met my “unreachable” fitness goals! Now I’m continuing on the journey to further improve how I feel, what I can do, and I couldn’t do it without the help of the best trainer Eddie! This gym and the trainers truly make reaching fitness goals both practical and aesthetic achievable!
