She combined traditional lymphatic drainage with innovative tools like red light therapy for my abdominal inflammation, gentle electro-stimulation, and continuous leg and foot work that made the entire session feel luxurious and deeply therapeutic. What truly sets Mayara apart is her professionalism and knowledge. She took the time to explain each lymph node and how the treatment benefits the body. I learned so much about my own digestive system and realized how much I needed this level of care. Upon entering, the physical space was appealing. I had a wonderful session with Paula and felt so much better afterwards. Paula was very professional and fun to talk with. I had the full body treatment with also one particular thing. I had lymphedema in my right arm following shoulder surgery. It was bothering me but feels quite a bit better now. I highly recommend this practice. You won’t be disappointed.
I had a great experience. Paula was very personable and made me feel comfortable. I went for a lymphatic drainage massage and instantly felt lighter afterwards. I noticed the difference in my stomach afterwards. Days after I feel more mobility, lighter and less puffy. Would recommend.
I have been doing my lymphatic drainage since August 2025 and ever since starting I can’t imagine my life without it! The last time I was attended by Sasha and she is great! Mayara is an excellent professional and her new space is just so cozy and beautiful!! I highly recommend Mayara and her crew!
