Everyone seems poorly trained. They may need better management. Front desk staff seemed nice but seemed unsure about some things. I called back to speak with a manager and spoke with the regional manager who had a terrible attitude.
In response to owners reply, you don't even know what name my service would have been under or if I even got a service. However, the tone of your response says a lot. This is pretty much the same attitude. A simple, "We're sorry about any bad experience you may have had at this location. Please give us another chance." would work.

My massage therapist was excellent. Attentive, respectful, and professional. The establishment itself was clean and beautiful and comfortable.
However, The elderly lady at the counter was VERY pushy about the 75$ membership.
When I told her I wasn’t interested in a membership (for the third time) she said
“It’s only 75 dollars, you don’t have 75$”?
I felt insulted from this, As I had just spent more money than I was comfortable on with the massage. I understand it’s a costly process and I can prepare for that. But what followed, felt like shaming for not spending the amount of money she wanted me to spend.
I do intend on returning, but will have zero tolerance for them pushing a Membership.
