The injector truly takes the time to walk me through the process, answers all of my questions, and makes sure I feel comfortable and informed. I really appreciate how up-front and honest they are about what will and won’t work — there’s never any pressure. The results are always very natural, never overdone, which is exactly what I want. I highly recommend LightRx in Novi! I’ve never had a problem scheduling appointments and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. I usually come in with a lot of questions about different services, and they are always patient, knowledgeable, and happy to explain everything in detail. I also filled out the paperwork for the GLP-1 shot and was impressed that they got back to me the very next day letting me know I was approved. Overall, a great experience every time!

My experience was awesome . I originally started at the Dearborn location but they had some machine issues so they finally sent me out to the Novi location about 6 months ago .

Dominica is awesome . She is professional , patient and does a tremendous job .
