I’ve been to many salons in Louisville for Botox injections and this appointment has given the best results ever. The nurse who performed the injections hit all the correct areas. My old face has never been fresher. Thanks for making me look so much younger. I’ve recently lost weight and am thinking about returning to test out their other services
I highly recommend LightRx. So far my experience with them has been amazing. The staff is very friendly and polite. Their prices are by far the best I've found in the area. I've been getting the laser hair treatment and it's been wonderful. I'm seeing good results and I have been very pleased with this company.
All of my treatments at Light RX have been wonderful! The facility is super clean all the estheticians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I definitely recommend Light RX for all of your skincare needs!
I absolutely loved my experience here, I got great results from the laser lipo and will be booking again very soon! The staff is always so nice and welcoming, they make you feel right at home, always good specials also!
I doubt I'll be using this service in the future. It felt a little too impersonal. The ladies in the reception area were nice, but I was required to sign off on the various disclaimers and informed consents on their laptop. It all felt rushed with no time to actually read the documents nor did I get any copies to keep. The advance on-line pre-registration did not work and the receptionist said that happens sometimes, so that was a waste of my time. Get it fixed, please, if this is how you choose to operate. The treatment room experience was weird - there were two people in there, the one that actually did the work and someone else that just sat there diddling with her laptop. The technician (or, what was she actually? No name tags that I could see, with no indication of accreditation for the service to be rendered) had very little chairside manner. Nope, I did not come away feeling that Light Rx valued me as a customer, and I had no opportunity to feel confident that my technician was adequately trained to render the service. You guys need much more transparency.
