So happy I found this place! Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. The consultation was seamless, and they were very informative and knowledgeable. My first session was a breeze, completely painless. The team is caring, professional, and truly makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
I read the many reviews before my appointment and I did not get the same vibe as everyone else. When I did my otp consultation, I was told that the office manager would be doing my treatment. That wasn’t true. I didn’t see her at all. She was supposed to come talk to me and the tech even asked if she came in. The treatment was in two 10 minute sessions. I bought this deal off of groupon, I have 3 more treatments left…hopefully I catch the good vibes like everyone else.
I had the best experience at Lightrx yesterday. The injector and manager were present for my appointment (I'm terrible with names but I think Natasha is the manager and the injector is from Florida). They truly cared about me and my goals and took the time to listen and provided amazing feedback. I was blown away by the service I received and will only go to Lightrx for my skincare needs. Thank you so much!
