I got Botox from this place, and this was my first time ever getting Botox. I used Groupon since I had never been influenced to get anything done before and thought, why not give it a try. Unfortunately, the experience was so bad that I don’t think I can trust anyone with Botox anymore. Let’s start with the payment. I purchased 20 units, but when I arrived, they told me I needed 35 units to “balance everything.” Since I trusted the professional, I paid an additional $180 during the visit. The front desk staff was unprofessional and gave me bad vibes from the start. The technician was nice, but I honestly don’t know what was injected because I still see fine lines and no noticeable difference at all. I was told they would call me within two weeks to check on my results, but it has been over a month and I have not heard from them. Overall, if you are a Groupon customer, save your money. They probably treat their regular customers better than people who use coupons. They will charge you extra once you’re there. I do not trust their Botox, as it did absolutely nothing. I wish I could get a refund, but at this point, it’s whatever.

I had a wonderful experience at this MedSpa. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere made me feel comfortable right away. The injector was highly skilled and did an excellent job — I’m very happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back, especially since their prices on most services are significantly better than those offered by other competitors.
I’ve been going to LightRx Alexandria for more than year and my skin condition significantly improved since then. I have a positive experience with Naz and Asta. I like that there are many face skin treatments available to try. I trust my technician Asta with all treatments I have done there. I am pleased with service and visible skin care results. Asta is very positive, knowledgeable, and attentive to my skin care needs. I highly recommend LightRx Alexandria for face care treatments and technician Asta for your next visit!
I wanted to share my experience. I originally booked a treatment with this clinic, but later decided to cancel. I cancelled the appointment two weeks before the scheduled date, and I was told that the CareCredit charge would be cancelled and the funds would be returned. I did not attend the appointment at all. However, today I received an email stating that I still need to make a payment to the bank, which was surprising since the treatment was cancelled well in advance. I reached out to the clinic to clarify the situation and asked them to confirm that the charge has been cancelled on their end. I’m currently waiting for their response, and I will update this review once I hear back
