I wouldn't recommend. I've been to this practice multiple times, ultrasound after ultrasound, visit after visit and was referred to a urologist who said he didnt see anything wrong with me. 50$ copay for nothing. I once overpaid on a claim OUT OF POCKET. my insurance paid and finalized the claim. Since then, I've been back to the practice twice. They told me they are going to hold my money on the overpaid claim until my unrelated future claims are paid and then they will issue a credit or refund. They mistreat you, steal your money, and have no clue on what they are doing. One visit I came for lab work, the nurse didnt draw enough blood and I had to return to get blood drawn again. I got charged for the first lab and then charged again for the second lab even though they are the ones who didnt draw enough blood the first time. Horrible

I truly love the doctors and their work the best there could be in Memphis ! However! The front desk service in the front is horrible! They need to talk to them ! The girl always look like she has an attitude and talks crap with the only small guy in the front ! I don’t think it look good in front of patients because what could they say about us !
