Nurse Yellitza was incredibly caring, patient, and knowledgeable throughout my entire procedure. She took the time to explain everything step by step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable the whole time. You can truly tell she cares about her patients and takes pride in what she does.
The front desk staff was just as amazing - welcoming, professional, and very organized from the moment I walked in. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and has such a calming atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease.

My laser tattoo treatments are quick and reasonably priced. I won't say they're painless, but the nurses are great at helping me manage. I was kind of intimidated by the spa-like aesthetics at first (everything is really sleek and pastel pink and I'm just...not), but the staff are really friendly and accepting. I have a feeling they see a really wide variety of people, so they don't blink an eye. There is an all-gender restroom.

I absolutely love coming to LaserAway in Evanston! Every visit is such a great experience because the staff is amazing. Nurse Yellitza is the absolute sweetest and always makes me feel comfortable. She explains everything so well and does an amazing job every single time. I always leave feeling so cared for.
I also want to shout out McKenzie at the front desk. Every time I call or come in, they are just the nicest person. They’re always super friendly, so easy to talk to, and helped me get rescheduled without any stress.

I went for my second microneedling session today and had the same nurse, Yellitza, who was just as amazing today as dhe was rhe first time. She made sure I was nice snd numb before she started the procedure, and that i was comfortable while waiting, and as comfortable as possible during the session. She started right on time, in fact even a few minutes early. She was a wonderful conversationalist too! I definitely recommend this location’
