Had an amazing first Botox appointment with Hanieh! The office is beautiful and calming, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. Hanieh took time to listen, thoroughly explained my options without pressure, and I felt confident in her recommendations. I was so impressed that I signed up for their monthly skincare membership. Already looking forward to my next visit - highly recommend!

I had my first Laser Rejuvenation treatment with Alisa Ksenevich at KHROM, and I’m absolutely thrilled! I did two areas (face and neck) and with the subscription, the price was super reasonable. I saw results right after the session, and the best part is there’s no downtime, you can literally go on a date right after! I’m 35, and I’m attaching a photo taken just two hours after the procedure. It wasn’t painful at all, actually quite relaxing, with a warm laser feeling on the skin. Highly recommend it. The spa itself is lovely, they offered tea and water, and explained everything clearly (three times, just to be sure!). Amazing experience overall. If you’re thinking about starting your skincare journey, I truly recommend it.
I had a fantastic experience at Khrom MedSpa & Wellness! Elena was wonderful, and Susie, who assisted her, added such warmth and kindness to the visit. You can really tell how much care they put into making sure everything feels comfortable and natural. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with treatments — just thoughtful, precise work. I received Dysport, Xeomin for my chin, Xeomin for my masseters and temporalis, and Restylane Contour. Everything was handled beautifully, and I’m already so happy with the results. Highly recommend this team! Update: I also went back for a facial peel with Ksenyia, and she was amazing! My skin looks incredible, and she explained everything so clearly and made the whole process super comfortable. Gianna at the front desk is always so kind and attentive — she really makes you feel taken care of the moment you walk in. The entire staff here is truly A+.
I got my first laser session with kseniya and she made me feel very comfortable. I also got a facial with her and she is very knowledgeable, skilled, and knows what she is doing. I feel like she truly wants the best for your skin. I’m excited to come back and continue seeing her!!
