Nelly is amazing!! 💗 She's so nice and personable, very knowledgeable and informative, and truly cares about my treatment plan and progress. I came in for my first facial here and this was genuinely the nicest experience I've ever had at a skincare-related place thanks to Nelly. The office staff was very professional and kind too. I'm excited to go through with the rest of my treatment plan!

She was absolutely amazing — warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and already excited for my next appointment. Highly recommend this spa, and especially Nelly. She’s a gem.
