My wife and I came in for a service with Holly and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Holly was professional, friendly, and made sure we were completely comfortable the entire time. The front desk ladies, Courtney and Madison, were incredible super welcoming, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their clients and love what they do. Highly recommend this place if you want great service, positive energy, and a team that genuinely goes above and beyond. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Kalos Medical Spa is so amazing for so many different reasons. I was treated by Carolyn (PA), who provided me with painless masseter botox for TMJ/clenching. For starters, I was shocked at how she was trying to help me SAVE money! Without even asking, she helped me find discounts and provided me with different injection options that were budget friendly. I'm so used to spas trying to get you to buy, buy, buy so this just stood out to me. They also allowed me to schedule a complimentary touchup in case my muscles needed a little more to "calm down". They clearly care and view their clients as their #1 priority. All of the girls were so kind—it genuinely felt like I was hanging out with friends rather than at an appointment. Carolyn was so informative in helping me decide what to do— I never felt rushed or judged, just really taken care of. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Kalos Med Spa a couple of times now, and I can confidently say that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. After spending many years trying various Botox treatments without satisfactory results, I was beginning to lose hope. I tried everything, and still, nothing seemed to work. Carolyn is the first injector I’ve been to but she was amazing! I had so many questions and she never rushed me and gave her completely honest opinion in every answer. She is so knowledgeable!
