I have lost 65 lbs. I’ve tried other systems and diets but topped out at 20lbs. Ideal You works. The Ann Arbor center was professional and took time to explain how it works and the supplements. My advisor Lauren has been fantastic. She is supportive and has given me ideas and work arounds on how to handle difficult situations when I might be triggered to eat in an unhealthy way. When I would gain she supported me with humor and reawakened a “can do” spirit that got me back on track.
Lauren at ideal you in ann arbor is so awesome. She's full of great advice and is always there to support you even when you mess up on the plan. I love her and love the new place. The red light therapy is great. You feel so good afterwards. I just want to thank Lauren for all her help and support.

Love the energy..very encouraging. I didn't show up for a few weeks and they continued to try and reach me to get back on track. When I finally went back there was no shame or guilt..only support and encouragement! I needed that!
Needed a reset in my eating habits and this diet delivered weight loss and a new found respect for what I eat. I lost 40 pounds over 100+ days, but the key has been maintaining the weight loss. Very detailed food intake the first 40 days, but results followed. Extremely supportive staff especially Dr. Geri and Mike. I was able to contact Dr. Geri every day with my questions and thoughts and she always provided encouragment and factual advice. Mike was my weigh in contact and added additional support and guidance. Fast forward 3 years and time for another round. Entered the program with coach Lauren and Dr. Geri again. Knew the routine and the requirements, just needed a new push to kick start the weight loss again. Bad habits are bad habits. Lauren was very helpful, direct, flexible and willing to adjust to insure success was achieved which it was. Going on 7 months and weight stable and in my control to determine the day to day maintenance. Very good experience. It is in fact real food every day. Very structured approach but never hungry nor disappointed in what we were doing. Highly recommend to anyone that has the means to use this program. Again hats off to Dr. Geri and Coach Lauren.
