Amazing! They're always attentive and very careful, also very thorough with explanations and the procedure itself. I did a package deal for laser hair removal that were spaced out over many months, and they always made me feel at ease, which is great because it was my first time doing anything like this! They tell you how many sessions you'll likely need and reassess as you go. They got new machines in as well that improved the experience overall. I'm looking forward to getting more procedures done here in the future. Honestly, it's the only place I trust.

I have been coming here for over 10 years for all my laser and facial needs. The staff is awesome and all my questions are answered 😀. If you need honesty, great work and a very clean environment reach out to them. I come to the Cambridge location but, they also have one on Newbury Street in Boston.

Little Gem in the South End. This is my go to for laser.. Kelly is great! This place used to be on Clarendon Street (moved after Covid). So glad I found again!

Kelly at Essentially bare is awesome. I have had a few different treatments and all were great and professionally done. The Carbon facial is one of my favorites, not to mention laser hair removal, but what I appreciated most was tattoo removal. I had a heavily inked tattoo which took many treatments to remove. I received quotes upward of $2-3,000 from other clinics, but Kelly offered me the "until gone" package for ~$1,000 and I couldn't be happier. The service is great, the office is clean and sterile, not to mention the ease of online booking. Kelly has literally become my "go-to" girl.
