I had a fantastic experience at Ideal Image! Emma was incredibly informative and made the session super enjoyable. Can't wait to go back for more and see the results in a couple of days! The atmosphere is lovely, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend checking them out!
Hands down best staff of any med spa in the area: the nurses are fabulous and the front desk staff are angels. Super shoutout to Darlene for always holding the down the fort, sharing constant good vibes and providing perfect-quality customer service. Ever since I started coming to Ideal Image, Darlene has been nothing but a sweetheart at the front desk. Araceli made me feel comfortable throughout my whole procedure and was very sweet as well. Best customer service. Thank you ladies for the wonderful experience.
Just had my first appointment! Was welcomed in by Darlene and she was darling! Ahaha she was so welcoming, and kind! My treatment was done by Emma and she was WONDERFUL. I felt comfortable the entire time throughout the treatment. She went through post treatment care and answered all my questions with confidence which I appreciate! She continuously asked me how I was doing, as we continued with the actual treatment and held really great conversation which helped keep my mind off the pain. ASK HER FOR THE STRESS BALLS. Hahaha they also help! I think if I ranked everything by pain, it’d be front of legs, armpits, then full bikini. I’m so excited for my next treatment!
