I had two sessions of lip fillers done with Shytanna Dixon and it was the best experience!!! She was so kind and took her time explaining everything because i was nervous my first time. I had hardly any lips, definitely no top lip! However, after my second session with Shytanna I have perfect lips! i love them so much and they’ve boosted my confidence!! i’m so pleased with the outcome and would recommend her to everybody!!!
Great experience as always! Ive worked with Shy and Katie previously, who were both incredibe. I had Jennifer today and she was also wonderful! Everyone is kind and informative. The botox injections were quick & painless.
This was absolutely the best experience I have had with any form of fillers, ultherapy, and injectables. They made sure I completely understood and the treatment I thought I wanted I quickly learned I would not have been happy with. They took the time to put together a regimen that addressed my concerns of problem areas and saved me money and disappointment. The complete staff were all top notch. I personally believe this is the best place you can go for excellent care, treatments and kind customer service and down to earth honest workers that work for you best interest not theirs. They went over the top to help me understand and helped me make the correct decision that I would be happy with and not just waste my money unlike another local place in Little Rock. Thank you Ideal Image and staff. I’m so HAPPY I MADE THAT PHONE CALL! Thank you especially to Kaitlyn Butler. You are amazing !
Consumer beware! I must say that the professionalism of the staff is exceptional; however, there is not a lot of availability if you prefer weekend treatments. It seems you have to schedule months in advance. They are extremely over priced compared to large metropolitan cities. They charge upfront before services are rendered and will not refund your payment method if you change your mind because of their limited availability. I was forced to dispute a $2299.00 charge with Care Credit to obtain my money back. My funds were restored back in my account within a week from Care Credit. Imagine if I had financed through them. I would be at their mercy. Never again!!!!!
It was a great experience, Shy Dixon have done a great job, very professional, great customer dealing. I was nervous because it was my first time doing a Laser hair removal treatment, she makes me feel very uncomfortable. I am highly recommending her, go there and ask for her services.
