"Hourglass was very modern, classy and clean inside. I felt like it was a spa-like experience. My aesthetician explained everything to me and even did a quote for cost before we got started. They let my mom come back with me which made me feel more comfortable. They did not pressure me into buying extra services or do a big sales pitch to me which I thought was refreshing. They gave me a brochure and answered all of my questions. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I will be back. Everything was quick and there was off street parking around back."
