Best experience I've had with a doctor. There are some legitimate criticisms of their organization while they've moved practices, but Angela and Dr. Docasar do genuinely care and try their absolute best. They're a very small office and still have that genuine doctor feel, very much unlike big clinics. I've had years-long issues with my insurance and pharmacies, and they've been incredibly patient throughout and always gone the extra mile. Most of the extra work theyve had to do for us was outside of appointments, so unpaid by us. I also have never experienced the deadnaming issues that another reviewer has -- in fact, I had the opposite experience. They even handled it well when my legal and preferred name didn't match yet. If you're seeking hormone replacement therapy or gender affirming care, this is the best choice in town, in my opinion. They work with a compounding pharmacy that can get your HRT not only more cheaply, but customized to your allergies or whatever, and for half the price of CVS or walgreens. Please don't let the other reviews put you off; every office has flaws and every doctor has dissatisfied patients. Very happy patients like me are the ones least likely to leave reviews.

Two internists told me that I didn't need gynecological exams after age 50. I believed them but developed doubts when friends older than I had yearly exams. After much online research I settled on Dr. Docasar. She is very knowledgeable & explained why I still need a yearly exam. I am 60 now. The wait was average for a popular doctor. The staff is friendly & competent. Dr. Docasar examined a cyst that has recently developed & said that it is not a problem. As a post menopausal woman, I am happy to have found Dr. Docasar. She is not an obstetrician. From what I read online, the obstetrics part of an ob/gyn practice makes for long wait times and cancellations. January 2024: Was notified that the office will be moving & that the doctor will not be performing physical exams. Unfortunately, I will be shopping for a different gynecologist!

I love Dr Docasar and having been going to her for years- my mom and sister too before they moved out of state. She remembers personal details, preferences and really takes the time with each patient should you have a question or need her insight. Thorough and personable doesn’t even begin to cover it! I’ve asked her countless things ranging from the right medication for me to skincare/aging. I’m an extremely shy, private person when it comes to women’s care and always have been. However, I’ve never felt more comfortable with Dr Docasar. We have great dialogue and she answers every last question I have. With NO judgement or rush. I see Dr addressing google and yelp reviews personally which is the perfect demonstration of her kindness and thoughtfulness with her practice. I also love nurses at the office. Direct to the point sometimes but I never feel like I’m unwelcome or my concerns won’t be addressed. Women’s health care is so important and for some a luxury. I hope all women have this experience so they feel comfortable and supported in prioritizing their health!

I absolutely love Dr. Docasar and her staff. I had a partial hysterectomy in 2018 from another doctor. Once I could no longer bring that practiced money I was left to deal with the issues I was having (early onset menopause, weight gain, and etc) on my own. Five years later and a big thank you to my hair dresser, I met Dr. Docasar who saved me. During those five miserable years I had to deal with the mood swings, eating disorders, and a horrible smell just to mention a few things I was dealing with bc my previous doctor didn’t care enough to help me. With early onset menopause and all the conditions that one gets going through menopause I needed a doctor who cared me and cared enough to help me.. It’s been 3 months since I’ve been seeing Dr. Docasar and my life has changed and I mean it has changed me for the better and now my family it’s walking on eggshells around me. So, thank you Dr. Docasar and you lovely staff for giving me my life back. Now, only if she wear another hat to help with all my back issues as well. Lol!

I have been seeing Dr. Docasar for a year now. She is so wonderful and helpful. Her staff is prompt in assisting my questions and answering the phone. She has been very helpful in providing me options. And making my scripts a breeze. When I am confused she goes over the material patently and makes sure I understand. I am so blessed to be her patient .

She had been my doctor for 20 years. Really cares for her patients.

Dr. Docasar is a wonderful doctor for me and my bioidentical hormone replacement. Staff is polite, greets me by name and you are seen in a timely fashion with no waiting. She uses an online portal for me to communicate and review my records.
