Every time I come for an appointment I feel so clean, peaceful, and welcome. I have a very low pain tolerance so getting the laser treatments can be really tough, but Nesa is so patient and encouraging to help me get through the treatment (which is actually way less painful than I thought it would be). The staff here have a real passion for what they do; they love to make clients look and feel beautiful. I always leave feeling uplifted which isn't something I expected from a spa but I get that here! The conversation and environment is always positive, upbeat, and so welcoming! All the services that I have had done so far, which include laser hair removal, threading, facials, have all been phenomenal. I work in healthcare so I'm a stickler for cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation! This place exceeds my high standards! Far Exceeded My Expectations I strongly recommend Sheila and her team at Georgetown Rejuvenation! I started going to Sheila for both laser hair removal and electrolysis on my face. At my first consultation, Sheila took the time to understand what I wanted and explained the process and timeline in detail. She also managed my expectations, which I think is very important given that so many factors can affect hair growth (hormones, genetics, etc.). I have had negative experiences with other hair removal places, so I was skeptical about results but very desperate because I was so insecure about my hair growth. Fast forward about a year later, and I have barely any hair growth now. I am so thrilled with the results, which have far exceeded my expectations. I wish I had found Sheila earlier. A.R.
