I've worked with Bob Early for many years. Excellent, mindful service by Bob and his staff. I have recommended them to more than a handful of friends, all of whom have been very happy with his approach, his willingness to thoroughly explain any procedures, and the final product. I will continue to refer people to him - his services include a vast array including Botox for migraines, minimizing scars with laser technology, cutting edge technology, all done with care.
What an absolutely pleasant experience I had with Bob and his office staff! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, KIND and took his time during my consultation before my treatment (unlike the last place I visited in McLean). I was the last appointment of the day on a Friday, mind you . After reviewing my paperwork, he asked many follow up questions and then he explained things in detail. During the procedure, he was thoughtful to alleviate my worries and provided reassurance to me as he explained everything he was doing. After the procedure when I was checking out, Season was so friendly and helpful in downloading an app on my phone for me so I could receive visit rewards and discounts. I am more than impressed with this practice and look forward to future visits and I will gladly refer my friends to GMA.
Can't recommend Generations highly enough. The staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Bob is the best ever as to what he does--he is patient and knowledgeable about the procedures and recommends only what you need. You won't be disappointed.
