I have been a patient at Freedom Total Wellness since they opened and am proud to say that every single time I go in, I feel like I'm visiting family (the ones I like). Dr. Bob, Maggie, and the whole staff are outstanding. They always greet you with a smile and always make you feel important, not just a number. Dr. Bob takes the time to listen to you and does not rush you in and out. Truly, the patient in front of him is the most important one at that moment. The staff is second to none. From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave, they truly care about you. If you have not given them a try, I highly recommend them for your next visit.

I was directed to the Freedom Total Wellness clinic in Frisco shortly after arriving in North Texas. The office staff, and medical personnel were and are outstanding! The primary care person I spoke to, Robert Monzingo, is a down to earth but extremely knowledgeable professional who is a well-read and up-to -date no nonsense guy who truly wants to help his clients. Immediately after speaking with him, I elected to make him my primary care physician. He has an extensive history both in the private sector as well as in the public sector as a Special Forces Medic/Physicians Assistant. My understanding is that a number of municipalities also utilize his medical office for their own city staff and first-responder(Police and Fire) Personnel. I feel that I was really fortunate to have gone to his office first before trying a number of disappointing PCP doctors.

Bob is awesome. He truly cares about you as an individual. He is not the type of physician that will rush through your appointment to get to the next one. He gives you time. And that feels really nice. The front of the house staff is more than accommodating. They are professional and personal. Have you ever interacted with a front office staff who never makes eye contact with you and is consistently looking down or to the side but never directly at you while they’re speaking to you? What about the type of front office, staff that yells, “can I help you while you’re still walking in the front door”? You will not experience that type of behavior at New, Freedom, Wellness period. You will get a team that is dedicated to treating you as a human.
