I especially look forward to my monthly appointments with Esteffanie, she consistently provides excellent care and makes each visit such an enjoyable experience. I drive an hour and ten minutes each way, passing several other med spas along the way, and I gladly do it. That alone should tell you how exceptional this place is. I had a great experience at Fitzy Shades Med Spa. I got microneedling with PRP done by Mia, and the entire staff was really kind and welcoming. This was my first time getting microneedling so I was a little nervous, but the hospitality and the mimosa they made me definitely helped calm my nerves lol. Before starting, they took the time to assess my skin and educate me to make sure microneedling was the right fit. The appointment felt very personalized, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure my skin received the best care based on my specific needs. Mia was extremely knowledgeable and checked in with me throughout the treatment to make sure I was comfortable. She answered all my questions about appropriate depths and clearly knew what she was looking for to ensure my skin was responding well to the procedure. My healing process was smooth. Within a few days, my skin already looked tighter and some dark marks had faded. Now about 10 days later, my skin looks more youthful, firmer, and just better overall. The med spa itself is beautiful, clean and has such a great vibe. Education and results are clearly a priority here. I’ll definitely be back for future microneedling sessions and would absolutely recommend Fitzy Shades Med Spa.
