This was my first visit. I am recognizing Marissa, RN for her "bedside manner," professionalism and hospitality. She checked on me frequently during my IV. She explained all of the IV options and shots in great detail. She was so terrific, that I signed up for a membership. I look forward to my next visit. My doctor told me last week that getting a B12 shot was needed due to a long history of a B12 deficiency I didn’t know about(thanks doc lol). I have many reasons as to why I will be coming back and actually recommend looking into this med spa if you want to do iv therapy. First, I love that it’s local! I found out Exten IV started around my hometown in Ketchum! It’s so great the owner has extended to Boise! The woman (I forgot her name. She had black hair in a low bun or low ponytail very kind, calm energy and patient was on 1/26/26 around 2-3pm) who gave me my B12 shot knew exactly what she was doing! Thank you! My body is still adjusting well to healing from a B12 deficiency. I feel that I have more energy after several years of struggling to get out of bed with horrible brain fog and low concentration. Today? Woke up with energy to where I didn’t feel the need for caffeine, my brain fog is gone, my focus today has been amazing, my mood has improved fast; even my close friend could immediately tell! I also didn’t feel the need to sleep on and off throughout the day today. The B12 shot is truly night and day 🙌🏼 I’m so happy with my experience and will be coming back to get more involved with my IV therapy journey to better my health and overall well being! Exten IV is a place I highly recommend if you have a B12 deficiency and/or want to get started with IV therapy with a professional, caring and very knowledgeable staff 🤗
loved my experience here, the entire shop is so clean and relaxing and the staff were pros at putting me and my friend completely at ease. the injection was painless and fast and not once did I doubt the expertise of the staff. extremely hospitable workers who love what they do and know how to treat people right
My first time was AMAZING! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and were fantastic at locating/inserting the needle into my vein. I didn’t even feel it! The environment was very calming and sanitary which I very much appreciated. I will for sure be going back and addicting it to my monthly routine. Thank you Exten IV!
