"Coming to Evolution Nutrition has had such a positive impact on my life. I came in with the mindset that along with aiding me in my specific dietary needs to help keep my Crohn’s in remission, Evolution would help me reach my goal of losing weight to fit into an ideal I felt would make me happier. Through working with my dietitian, she has helped me to understand the importance of taking care of my body and that happiness does not mean restrictive eating, or an intense, trendy diet. It’s listening to my body and finding the foods that in fact work specifically for me and my dietary needs. She helped me to further understand that happiness begins now, within myself, not in 6 months - a year when I would hypothetically reach my weight goals. I feel really lucky to have such positive and knowledgeable female influence in my life especially at this age when it can feel like if you don’t fit into a certain mold you are undesirable. I 10/10 would recommend Evolution to any and every one."

“I've been coming to Evolution Nutrition for about a year now. I had no idea what to expect when I started and I was honestly skeptical at first, but the knowledge I have gained from coming here has been invaluable. I have not only learned how to balance my meals and eat in a healthy way; I have also learned about how diet culture has affected my life without me knowing.
