I started my journey to clean eating and I'm already down 3.5lbs. Most importantly, I feel great. I stopped watching the scale. Yes, it's hard but I'm fighting to be better. Kerry doesn't make me feel bad for falling into bad habits. She says, just keep going. She's super dope and absolutely loves what she does.

So, I am on day 12 of the 14 day cleanse. It was hard to get started . I wanted to eat. But, I kept pushing myself to do it for me. I felt noticeable change around day 6 or 7 when I didn’t feel like I needed a second coffee or a sweet snack. I stocked up on sweet treats like blackberries, blueberries, cherries and cut up watermelon. Yesterday I noticed I wasn’t as achy. Now I just gotta get my husband to try it. He really needs it.
Kerryann was absolutely great during our first visit. She explained to me the process and what she can do to help my wellness needs. She listened to me and created a process that will work for me and my lifestyle. Her demeanor was welcoming and she was relatable. I felt safe to express myself and safe to go on this journey with her and the rest of the crew.

The medicine didn’t cause me no pain when I started I was 201pounds it’s only been 2 weeks im down 5 pounds already not much but its better than nothing. Glad I’ve chosen Evexia!!!!!!
