Elements of Therapy

I just got a message with Rebeka and she was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything that I told her and made sure to really target those areas. She went above and beyond for me. If you need some pain relief and relaxation, she’s your girl!

Booked a 60 minute massage with Nicole. Nicole was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Where the disappointment comes in is during checkout I was told it would be $125 and asked if I’d like to add gratuity. I asked the front desk staff why the price seemed so high, to which she responded with “you had a deep tissue massage, it is extra for that”. I did not request a deep tissue massage. Upon booking the appointment I said “I prefer a man, as they tend to use more pressure”. Staff said no male masseuse was available today. I responded saying “okay, as long as she can use some firm pressure that’s fine”. That’s when the staff should have notified me that I was gong to be upcharged for a deep tissue since I used a key word for them. I guess “firm pressure” = deep tissue. Though, I’ve been to many other massage places in town and have never been charged more for saying I wanted firm pressure. When I brought up that this made me uncomfortable during checkout, the staff said “we also had a price increase last year”. Well, that would have been nice to know. It’s always good to be transparent with clients and upon booking they can see that I’ve been here before but not since the price increase and should have been notified. I then had to tip less than what I was wanting to and was not offered a solution other than an “I’m sorry”. I’d rather support a small business/solo masseuse who tend to be very transparent with pricing. I was going to sign up for the membership but since no solution was offered this time, I felt undervalued as a client and clearly they don’t need my business. 5 stars for Nicole, my massage therapist today. She asked me upon entering the room what kind of pressure I wanted. Little did I know that upfront, they already charged me for deep tissue. Supposedly it was the owner that booked my appointment too. The person who should be the most upfront and transparent within the whole building. I will not be returning here as I don’t want to play any guessing games with my wallet when I leave. All that relaxation just went out the window.

I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my experience at Elements of Therapy, from the serene ambience to the exceptional staff, cleanliness, and results. Throughout my treatment, I felt completely at ease, thanks to the relaxing environment and the expertise of the team, who guided me through anti-aging therapy. Delayna is so sweet and was very knowledgeable and great at what she does!

I was thoroughly impressed with the convenience at Elements of Therapy, particularly with their Laser hair removal nearby services that offered flexible scheduling and streamlined appointment process. As I left feeling pampered and refreshed, it was clear that the staff was dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and I wished for more anti-aging therapy treatments in the future.

I was consistently impressed with the exceptional expertise and comforting ambiance provided at Elements of Therapy, from the welcoming front desk staff to the skilled massage therapist Delaina who expertly tackled my very tensed muscles. To the point my physical therapist noticed great improvement. Very much look forward to my appointments.
