I am always happy with the service I receive the Med Spa! Bianca is an amazing esthetician! She explains all the treatments and their benefits so well. Patsy is also so great! I never feel like she is trying to upsell the most expensive treatments. She tells you what works best for you and the areas you want to see improvements. I always leave satisfied with the work they do.
I love this place and have been coming here for a while now. It’s honestly one of my favorites, and I even drive all the way from Albuquerque just to come here because I enjoy it that much. I was a little disappointed during my last visit. I got confused about the birthday coupon (which I think is awesome that they offer), and I was just a couple of weeks off from the date. Since I had driven all the way out and have been a loyal customer for a while, I was hoping they might still honor it. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to.
I have been a customer of this clinic since moving to El Paso in 2022 and I am always looking forward to going back every time. I have been seeing Jessica for my injections and she has always done a great job of meeting my needs and leaving me to look and feel great. She takes her time to ask me what I need/want and even recommends what not to do sometimes, which I appreciate as she does not want to push any unnecessary services just for profit. That is very important in this field of work. I also have been seeing Bianca this year for my laser hair removal and she is an absolute sweetheart! Always friendly and does her job very well ensuring comfort and satisfaction with results. I have done a few other services at this clinic as well and never had a bad experience. All the staff and medical professionals are super friendly and helpful. Prices are also very reasonable and they always have ongoing promotions and rewards for clients. Thank you for providing such a great experience!
Melissa is talented, and I’ve trusted her with my filler for a long time. That said, I had a frustrating experience today where my usual treatment plan was changed to a full syringe without being consulted. What was most confusing was that we were literally discussing how a half syringe is always enough for me while she was performing the injection, yet I was still charged for a full syringe. > The session was finished just as quickly as my usual half-syringe appointments, so the sudden price increase and lack of transparency were very disappointing. I love the final look, but as a loyal client, I expect to be part of the decision-making process. This was handled unprofessionally.
