My first time at this facility as it is my husband’s health care providers, and I was taking him for a follow up visit after a recent stroke. I had done all the preliminary check in online so our wait was minimal and we were able to be seen by our practitioner in a very timely manner. As she was already familiar with my husband’s health, she was able to make the changes necessary and helped me understand what I needed to know to help him during his recovery process. I know now why he has always been so pleased with his care here.

I feel good about this first visit. My appointment was with Dr. Tan’s NP, Rachel Mansheim. Rachel has a great bedside manner and thoroughly explained my condition and what needs to happen next. She then consulted with Dr Tan who also came into the exam room to follow up and confirm Rachel’s findings. Like Rachel, she is very nice and thorough. I appreciate that both Rachel and Dr Tan followed standard protocols as I understood them from my research rather than rushing to conclusions and surgery. I am happy to continue my treatment here through resolution.

Dr. Tann is a wonderful doctor and person. She doesn’t make you feel like a number. She genuinely cares for her patients. Always a pleasure. Seeing her for over 10 years. My thyroid was removed before I found her. I wish that wasn’t the case. She probably could have saved me from that surgery.
