"Chu and his staff are super customer focused. You’ll feel like you’re number one. These really are luxury services the way that everything is set up. The benefits of cryo and sauna, for me, were outstanding: more energy, sustained happiness (I’m already a positive person, but this really helped with moodiness), all the benefits of less inflammation like clarity and strength, and of course it’s one of those things that has lasting effects on lifestyle (eg let me have a salad rather than pizza for lunch if I’m going to sauna later!). Take care!"
