I was scheduled for a treatment in December that I had to cancel because I had the flu. I have since called them several times and left messages and no one returns my calls. I cannot even book via their website. They owe me at least two more treatments. And I paid them! What is going on? I am happy to report this issue was resolved. It was never about the treatments- they were great! I got a quick response to my complaint and was able to book an appointment. Today 2/25 I got my last treatment.
