I’ve been a member of Derby City DPC for several years. Highly recommend the service provided by Dr Lovelace and his team. I especially like the ability to schedule online with appointments usually available the following day. Dr Lovelace is very responsive to texts and calls, providing advice and medication as needed. Also, as an AME, getting a flight medical is very convenient from Dr Lovelace.
Michael Lovelace was very respectful of my time, very kind, and very communicative. You can tell he cares for his clients and is very passionate about what he does. I came in for an FAA exam and was taken care of right away and plenty of good conversation along the way. If I ever needed direct primary care, I would highly consider his office!
Had a great experience with my First Class Medical at Derby City! Dr. Lovelace and his team are not only efficient, but very personable and friendly as well. I will definitely be returning for my next medical certificate needs, and recommend everyone else to do the same.
I've never had a doc appt so thorough. I'm always scattered brained and forget what I need to say and I bounce around from this to that. After each issue we addressed he asked more questions which made me remember concerns I had. I left feeling like we touched pretty good on most of my medical history and things that needed to be addressed right now. I never felt rushed and we talked for over an hour! I am confident my health is in good hands with Dr. Lovelace.😊
