Words cannot express how thankful I am to have found this place. As a parent of two children with food allergies, I had reached the point where I felt I needed to protect them even more from accidental exposure. Their allergies were affecting their experiences at parties and summer camp. The idea of giving your children the very food you’ve been avoiding is terrifying at first. Overcoming that mental hurdle is a process, but I am so thankful for Dr. Treyster (who keeps it real). She is honest and caring, but also gives you the strength and toughness required to take on an OIT journey. Furthermore, I know my children—for the most part—are safe with these small micro-doses of allergens, as well as a tailored process for each of their unique allergy journeys. Not only is Dr. Treyster wonderful, but she is supported by excellent nurses (Shanelle, Jenaye, and Lorraine) who are ALL incredibly loving, caring, sensitive, warm, bright, joyful, and full of beautiful personalities. They also have Teneille, who is the heart of the office. She puts tremendous effort into creating a beautiful work environment for her co-workers, but she also creates a loving space for parents who are new to this journey. Because of her, I came out of our appointment room, embraced meeting other parents like myself, and encouraged my kiddos to go play. Despite the fact that my kiddos know they could have a reaction during this process, they always look forward to going to their OIT appointments—because the environment is that loving and that special.

I am so happy my family made the decision to work with Latitude. It has brought so much peace and comfort to our lives!! The office is so warm and friendly, very convenient living in westchester. My toddler LOVES his office visits and looks forward to his OIT appointments, and his older brother loves to join when he can. Latitude makes having an allergy feel way less scary. You truly feel like part of a family when you’re at the office. My son even made friends with another little kid who has updoses on the same days. From the friendly smiling face of Teneille greeting us at the front and scheduling our follow ups on the way out, to the big warm smile of our nurses Shanelle and Jenaye, and of course Dr. Treyster who we love, we are going to miss our visits when my son completes the program! We are so thankful for Latitude, truly an amazing experience.

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Treyster, as well as Shanelle and the rest of the nurses at Latitude in Westchester. I never thought I’d see the day where my 3 year old BEGS to go to the doctor. Dr. Treyster is knowledgeable and flexible. She really listened to all of my concerns in order create the right plan for our family. She is an allergy mom herself and totally understands how an allergy can dictate our lives. Their office is stocked with toys and books and they make the experience SO pleasurable. I cannot recommend this practice enough!

★★★★★Eunice Cuevas Lagrone

We loved our experience at Latitude with our 13mo old. The facility is clean and welcoming for kids and parents. They have toys for the kids to interact with while they wait. The staff was also so lovely and well informed, answering all of our questions and concerns. We cannot recommend this place enough!

★★★★★Laura Cienkowski

We have had a great experience at latitude. Our son had a scary reaction to sesame at home and we're so glad to have Dr. Treyster to help us navigate how to manage this and his peanut already. He is participating in oral immunotherapy and feel confident in his ability to live safely with his allergies, long term. The entire staff is so kind and friendly, it makes the sometimes long appointments a joy.
