This clinic is indeed comprehensive and includes modern skincare services. Jennifer is the esthetician I've seen for facials, and she's delightful--kind, knowledable, perceptive (can tell when I've visted the desert!), and attentive. Whenever I'm getting a facial I think, 'This woman takes pride is what she does,' and that orientation shows in the results for my skin. I am also happy with the collaborative nature of the providers, as others have provided expertise on my skincare needs.

Sidenote: Hopefully, this time they’ll actually acknowledge this review, as I’ve noticed their recent reviews have been really bad—with not even a single reply. That alone should tell you what kind of business this is. I have been a loyal customer of this business for over 13 years, even back when they were at their old location. I have purchased a product they call “Triple Action” multiple times without any issues. However, on my most recent visit, I was suddenly told that I now need a prescription and must pay a $250 consultation fee to obtain it. The frustrating part is that I have already purchased this exact same product from them on three separate occasions—without ever being required to have a prescription. When I questioned this, they admitted they had made a mistake, but this wasn’t a one-time error. It happened three different times. If a prescription was always required, why did they repeatedly sell it to me before without one? And if they made the mistake, why am I the one expected to pay for it? To make things worse, they claim they have no record of me as a patient, despite the fact that I have been going there for over 13 years, even receiving facials in the past. They never provided receipts or paperwork for the three times I purchased the cream—just charged my card without documentation. I’ll be pulling up those charges and posting them as proof. When I called to discuss this, Brianna was the one who initially spoke to me. She then passed me on to her manager, who seemed more focused on asserting authority rather than understanding the issue or offering a solution. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they refused to acknowledge any fault. The least they could do is take me in as a client and discount the $250 fee since this issue was caused by their negligence—not mine. At the end of the day, businesses should care about their customers and the future of their relationships. But instead of offering options or making things right, this manager was dismissive and unwilling to help. Someone like that needs to be taught how to actually care for customers instead of shutting them down. This experience has left a bad impression, and I would caution anyone thinking about doing business with them.

I requested a mole & seborrheic keratosis removal. Mole removal ended up costing $350. For Seborrheic keratosis they told me it would be additional $200. When I decided against that price. I asked what could I do at home. & I was told I could just use an over the counter topical cream. So basically they should have recommended me that in the 1st place. Greedy people. That's all I have to say. Don't go here & find diff dermatologist that are genuine & honest.

Where do I start.. Unprofessional, not qualified, rude, uneducated front office staff and management. Employees talk over you when they are at fault in a patronizing way. No people skills, but what do you expect when you hire anyone off the street? You get Comprehensive Dematology front office staff.
